Pharmacy Services

Pharmacy Services through ECC:

  • 340B Drug Pricing Program
  • Prescription Assistance Program (PAP)
  • Case Management and Medication Therapy through Florida A&M PharmD Program

ECC participates in the 340B Drug Pricing Program.  The 340B Drug Pricing Program enables health care organizations that care for underserved people to purchase outpatient drugs at discounted prices. Fourteen Walgreen Pharmacies and two Wal-Mart pharmacies in the service area participate in the program.  ECC also participates in the 340B program through Thrif-T-Durgs, an independent pharmacy located in the same office complex as the main ECC service delivery site.  In addition to offering patients low cost medications, ECC's Prescription Assistance Program (PAP) assists patients in enrolling through pharmaceutical company compassionate drug programs.   In partnership with Florida A&M College of Pharmacy, PharmD students provide valuable onsite case management and medication therapy management to ECC patients.
